A 1969 campus building reworked as a single address for student services. The renovation pulls enrollment, financial aid, and advising out of separate offices scattered across the Florissant Valley campus and sets them on one floor, with dining, a café, a bookstore, a radio station, and student organizations alongside. A central assembly stair connects the two levels, linking the enrollment lounge at the entry to the dining and café spaces above. The work falls under STLCC Transformed, a district-wide modernization program funded by a tax levy that city and county voters approved in 2021.
