One Foundry Way is the residential phase of City Foundry, an adaptive reuse project that saved a 1929 industrial complex from demolition after locals rejected a big-box plan for the site. Where phase one preserved the old foundry, this is ground-up new construction. A glass apartment tower, this is the first market-rate high-rise Midtown has seen in nearly half a century.
